There isn't really much in the way of documentation of the LyX format.
A couple of
were fixed in less
that 24 hours. Now I can import my thesis written mostly in SW (also
hacked by hand) with no errors, I have amsmath, I have \hbar (thanks to
Dekel Tsur for pointing out how to do this).

They took a few seconds to get used to (being spelled out), but getting
a real sigma and epsilon or varsigma and varepsilon is nice.
I added a using std::encl; in math_hash.C to get it to compile with
gcc-3.0.
