on LyX1.3.1CVS xforms-0.89
I find it annoying that the floating windows (such as Layout->Character
at the moment) are not always on top. That is, I select text, select
Layout->Character, do my stuff, then select more text. Now the floating
layout window is hidden since LyX is maximised
