I think we should remove ru.po from ftp.devel.lyx.org:/pub/lyx to not
confuse developers --- it is obsolete (the new version of ru.po is
included into the distribution)

gettext don't support
Russian locales. I will contact GNU gettext team to offer them myself
to russificate it. So... When is the LyX 1.0.0 release scheduled?
