Unfortunately not. I tried it on RH 6.1 and Suse 7.0, on i586 and i686,

Hello!
There seem to be a bug in LyX 1.1.6fix1 built from source
with XForms 0.89.
If I open it with LANG=sl or LANG=de environment setting and
I choose "Edit -> Preferences -> Outputs" ("Izhodi" in SL,
"Ausgang" in DE), it just crashes.

As it turns out, the LyX 1.1.6fix1 can not be used with the
Latin-2 keyboard, ie. with keyboard that actually returns
correct keysyms for ISO Latin 2 symbols (eg. ccaron, scaron,
zcaron, etc.). LyX simply ignores those keysyms as shown
by "lyx -dbg key" and such problems were recently rep

This is impossible unless new versions of LyX support Unicode.

The same is true for Slovenian. Plus, I'm not aware (yet) of the

While there are yet some untranslated or badly translated phrases,
