IMHO it would be very good to apply Lars's fix for non-Latin-1
keyboards to 1.1.6fix3.  Without that patch non-experienced LyX
Slovenian users won't be able to use LyX in a simple way.

AFAIK it's already in CVS for 1.2-to-be, but not in 1.1.6 branch.
