Symptom:
inset a child document in type include, select a .tex file with
relative path, load. Lyx crashes.
Problem:
In formats.edit(... Filename(file), "text"), file needs to be a full path name.

As the result of some recent change, installing LyX on Mac results in
most support files being placed in LyX.app/Contents/Resources/LyX.
These files should be in LyX.app/Contents/Resources (not in a LyX
subdirectory). Can someone please change this?

- Version 3.18: - installs LyX 1.5.1 (and the latest MiKTeX 2.6 in the complete
