A confusing thing: if you insert a URL in a document, LyX automatically
includes url.sty, but if you have a URL in an included file, or in my case,
a bibliography entry, this doesn't happen.

I can't add/modify converters using the Edit->Preferences screens,
I had to add them by hand into my .lyx/preferences.
