A confusing thing: if you insert a URL in a document, LyX automatically
includes url.sty, but if you have a URL in an included file, or in my case,
a bibliography entry, this doesn't happen.
I'm sure this problem exists with other commands too.
Is there any way around it? I'm thinking of LyX being able to detect the use
of such commands, or at least providing check-box inclusion of common
(supported) packages, rather than having to edit the preamble. It's not
inconceivable that this mechanism might be useful to turn off auto-inclusion
under some circumstances.
