Just to make this clear to me: Is there any way now to insert a raster image via the
External Inset and scale down the resulting eps-file or can I just scale down the

1. Replaced "|xyz" with "xyz"
2. Removed all instances of %x. I have not removed these translations and I

converting rules addition for lib/configure, but I don't see a real reason
