Just > like they change with language. Right. Maybe we should strive not to have either CUA or Emacs in the docs. That is, CUA will automatically be there because of the underlined chars in menu commands, but the docs could try to consistently give the menu commands when describing how to do things. You can always put an Emacs binding in a footnote. "If you want to do this faster, use the keyboard shortcut..." or something.
