Just an update , we got a windows laptop to do the work for her.
we had failed to do it with wine, or any other workaround we could find out to

After finishing with the auto turn off led usb device , I'm stuck with
cutting the power to the webcam.

lsusb still can see it.
Also im using an old bug in m5602 module to hold the led on (so i could
