The question is what are your needs ? currently i use blogger and the last two platforms wore wordpress.com and sourceforge. Each has pros and cons.
for instance trackbacks , post summeries , indexing is problomatic on blogger. There is the issues of code addition (extra php / perl or client side JS) that is easy on SF but is horible on Blogger.
