Geni is a golden cage, You don't own the data, it is stored on a remote server. exporting is problematic. AFAIK they don't support Hebrew.
If you wish you can get a web based (on your system) even using gramps (without edit option), For the edit option I can help develop a gramplet (I once started a small web interface gramplet and dropped the development). You have XML based translation.
