KX-T: TVS200 access problem

Guys I have a problem! I have a client with a KXTD1232-4 with a TVS200-1 (4 port using a TVS204) attached. The serial number on the TVS200 is 1ACV0008566. I am unable to access the TVS200 via the RS232 port. My problem is that when I hook up to the RS232 port using Procomm I get the following
