I have two T1 Group CO Lines assigned to each 7633 telephone and 9 POTS lines. Users can conference using the POTS lines but lose the call when they try to conference on the Group T1 Lines. Any ideas?
System is a TDA100 with a 16 LCOT card, an 8 and 16 Digital extension Card and a T1 card. All phones are 7633s. Panasonic support says they never heard of such a thing. Sincerely, Henry Henry C.
