Guys I have a problem!

I have a client with a KXTD1232-4 with a TVS200-1 (4 port using a
TVS204) attached. The serial number on the TVS200 is 1ACV0008566. I am
unable to access the TVS200 via the RS232 port.

My problem is that when I hook up to the RS232 port using Procomm I get
the following (this is actual):
B$H?ad)-
($"<x>7cx/++- and so on for three lines.

I know my com port is set up correctly for when I disconnect and plug
into the TD1232 I get the SMDR. It also works on a TVS75 that I later
attached to.

How do I get into the TVS200? If I default the system will that solve
the problem.

Second issue -

> if I DIL to 165 it (the TVS200) answers fine. If I remove the DIL and
set the ports to ring at 3 rings they do not answer. Since I can't get
into the 200, what changes can I make via external telephone programming
to get the posts to answer after all phones have rung three times.

Sincerely,
Henry
