Hi gang:
traded out a kaput kxtd1232 for a 824. The tvs 50...not tva 50 still works Fine.
My question is what setting do I use under, I think it's hardware or inband
settings. Obviously not the td parameters ?

Check "call Blocking" "feature " in mailbox parameters. May have been
mistakenly set by the mailbox user.

The problem is that when you dial the VPS from any extension,
it depends which ksu you have?

Is there a way on a tvs-50 in a custom service menu. If a option is
pressed like 1 for production facility. If they press 1 it would
transfer to a outside line.

Can anyone share the login procedure and default
password for mailbox access on a TVS-50?
I am wanting to dial in and retrieve my messages, but
have never had to do it from afar... (I know, it
sounds pretty bad).
Setup: TVS-50 connected to a TA624, single mbox, no
password when accessed locally.
I'm using a TVS-50 as a home answering machine: Single mailbox, no AA.
I would like to extract the number of messages (new and saved) for this particular
mailbox.
I wrote a program that traverses the menu tree, generates a useage report for the
mailbox, and extracts those two numbers.

Hi all
Any suggestions ? A 624 with a TVS-50 has been hacked into and many long
distance calls were made . SInce I didn't do the original install, I just
reset both the 624 and the 50 to defaults and reprogrammed everything. It
only has 5 voice mailboxes and I password protected all of them

It has been so long since I have done a 50 I forget.
