Usually you would log into the admin mailbox and change the custom service
prompts.
Intercom ->Vmail extension [107-108]
Quickly press #6* 998 and then your password
Menu-down by pressing 5-4
Then search for the Custom service prompt [1-100] you want to change
(When you enter the number, the greetings either starts playing or tell you
it is not recorded.
When you have found the prompt to edit, follow the instructions for
changing, recording, or deleting.

NOTE: YOU cannot make menu changes from here, only recordings, so don't
change a message that effects the menu structure (ie,for Bob press 2...).
ALSO: Make a script of the old recording as well as the one for the new
recording.

If this is somewhat complicated, you should contact the vendor that actually
installed it first (even if you've had a falling out) as his will save you
time and money in the long run.
