"To receive the message, press one"  I believe is what should play next;
prompt 711. Always good to put a little "sumptin sumptin" on 998 and 999...

Subject: KX-T: TVS-50 PROBLEM

I have a KX-T624 and TVS50 that I set up for a friend. The TVS50 was not
password protected and was compromised from an outside caller. They set up
a "phantom" mail box and enabled it to access the CO lines to make
international calls.

The problem is that when you dial the VPS from any extension, immediately
after the prompt "You have no new Messages" the hacker's voice comes on
and you hear him ramble on forever. I deleted the hackers mail box,
checked all setting for the remaining boxes, did a complete reset with the
dip switches, but it's still fubar. My guess is that he stumbled over one
of the pre-programmed voice prompts and erased it.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
