Dear Dustin,

If your TVS firmware version is lower than 3.08, the one of the ways to
change System Greeting is to use Custom Service prompts. You've to do
the following:

1)Dial any VPS Extension Number and press [#][6][*][998][5][4]. If you
have a password, enter it. Enter the number of Custom Service Prompt,
which you want to use as new Greeting and record it, following by voice
tips.

2) With our TVSAssistant software (http://www.tvsassistant.com) you can
set recorded Custom Service prompt as Greeting very easy. Start
TVSAssistant, connect with your TVS in the interactive mode and choose
Port Service option. In the "Type" Field set parameters on "Custom" and
in the "Number" field set the Custom Service Number you just recorded.
Press "Apply".

If your firmware version is higher than 3.08, you can use the Company
Greeting instead of System Greeting or Custom Service prompt.

1) Dial any VPS Extension Number and Press [#][6][*][998]. If you have
a password, enter it. Then press [5] and [1]. Record the Company
Greeting following by voice tips and hang off the phone.

2) With our TVSAssistant software you can also set your Company Greeting
as System Greeting. Just start TVSAssistant, connect with your TVS in
the interactive mode, choose Port Service option and enter previously
recorded Company Greeting number in the "Greetings No" field. Then
press Apply, and that's all!

Best regards,
Dmitry Kukolev.
