The problem is: how do I get a call log of individual phone calls and
get it back to his office for itemisation?
Is there a phone that connects and emails log files?

I just got a lingo VOIP telephone number ( to save a telephone number)
more expensive to implement, I don't know
any names of such a logging system off the top of my head but they probably
exist, - more research needed there.
