Look at the SMDR. Although I had a 1232 port "ghost" picking up and dropping incoming calls when set to ring, set connected or not, and it did NOT show on the SMDR - wasn't "really" happening. But, if you have a short in a xdp connected cable or the like, it will throw a SMDR record. David Pe

I have had this happen a couple of times on a TDA100. I would reset the card by taking it ous and back ins, and the CO would clear. Has not happened for some time. Also on this same system I had 2 DLC16 cards go bad. It seems that once those cards were replaced, the CO problem also stopped. BTW
