I'm wondering if you can help me make a couple of decisions.
I am about to resume construction on my KR2 kit (plans book no. 68)
which I started in February of 1986 and had to put on hold for a variety
of reasons (lack of assembly space, primarily). I managed to compl

1.) Many builders are using T-88, for structural
epoxy, West system or Safetypoxy for laminating epoxy,
all available at Wicks or AS&S. I would toss the
unused portion of any epoxy that has been sitting
around since 1986...FYI, I'm using T-88 for
structural, and West System for Laminating.

I am using Book No. 68 also. I started in July 1986. There have been lots of
updates to the plans over the past 17 years. You could save a lot of wasted
time and head scratching by investing in the latest issue KR-2 plans.
Perhaps someone has a later version they could loan you. You

Bernie, T-88 is still the glue I would use. As far as
construction goes, all the wood parts are still the
same using the fixed gear. Dan Diehl, R.R., and Grove
are sources for the landing gear. They come with
assembly instructions. If you go to Dan Diehl's
website he has the instructions there. You
