I have been communicating with Chris Collins for the last week or so
about the necessity of changing the date for this years Gathering due
to event conflicts at the Mt.Vernon airport. Read his e-mail below
for the details. Bottom line is that the only way to work aroun
I spoke with Chris Collins, the Mt.Vernon airport manager and we
concluded that September 9 & 10, 2011 would be the best date for the
Gathering. Chris has another big aviation event scheduled for
September also and that will give him two weeks between events.
