If you already have a functional transponder and encoder, then the Echo UAT
paired with the SKYFXY-ext as your GPS source is one of the most reasonably
priced solutions. Add power, mount the UAT Out antenna and the GPS antenna,
make a run through the configuration menu from your phone or tablet
