I suspect everyone here already knows this but I thought I'd throw it out there

When doing glass layups you MUST propertly prepare the surface onto which the
glass is being bonded. Without going into the details of what "prepare" means,

Sorry but I cannot agree with this statement. I used the Rand turtle deck,
canopy and forward deck for the 2s and before ever buying Jannette advised me
that I could widen the boat 2 inches. After building to the point of needing
the top decks I received them and found that I could have g
We are not using prepreg with honeycomb anymore so our turtle decks can be
stretched and used for our 2" wider fastbuild fuselages. They now have a foam
core with a wet layup and vaccuum bagged.
