I said this before but I don't mind stating this again. There are full plans on
the KR out there on peer to peer sites. They are very close to what I received
when I bought my plans the right way. The one that I saw was complete enough
for a builder to build a plane with very little problems.
I don't know about the rest of you but my serial # on my KR did not mach the
plans and no one asked.

KR2 a KR2.. You can call it a Smith 22 if you wanted to. And, who is going to
check the serial number when you register the plane; call it

them; it would be kind of hard to get an airworthiness certificate (even
experimental) if "your" serial number duplicated another; otherwise it is
just a "personally designed" experimental (insure THAT rip-off man!)

You might want to look at what is there... the KR is not the only set of
plans on the CD: are they all in 'the public domain' as the sales pitch
says? Probably not. Patents expire in 17 years; copy rights on the death of
the author (unless you are Disney or other 'owning' corporate entity...

dropped the seller account. IMO "no action" is not an option. Stealing is
stealing.

was even able to have a Russian web site put out of business but only
because they used a US company to process their financial transactions. I
notified the US clearance house and quickly had their means of income
severed.
These are simply plans on CD. I've never known a builder to build a plane from
them. However, I do know lots of builders that have lots of plans sitting on
the shelf from which they will never build a plane. They just wanted to see a
preview of the plans while deciding what to build. Buying

eBay has a policy that it has to be the copyright holder with proof who reports
the fraud before they will remove the auction. But if enough people write to
eBay and the eBay seller he might remove his auction.

Let me make it clear to you up front I agree with you totally about what he
is doing,but with that said there is nothing that can be done about it. Yes
he is selling her plans,but there is not much of the plane that is actually
not already been copied
