The last time this happened, Ebay removed the listing immediately and also dropped the seller account. IMO "no action" is not an option. Stealing is stealing.
Look what happened to the liquid cooled heads for the VW that Great Plains used to sell. The patent holder got scared that some company in China will copy his design and decided to pull the product off the market. If designers decide to take such extreme steps because they can't rely on groups like us to support their products then we might as well forget that our art/science will ever progress.
