unity desktop.
Same error messages relating to "Not enough free handles to register service".
Resuming from suspend results in bluetooth icon in title bar grayed out,
bluetooth switch is OFF, and bt mouse non-functional.
I see where I messed up.. I'll try the bisect again.

I tried some other kernel parameters:
scsi_scan=sync -> didn't help
pci=nomsi,nommconf -> didn't help
For now I'm just booting the 3.13.0 kernel since I need the server up
and don't have good physical access to it.

Hi, I believe this is fixed. I had similar issues and needed to use
i8042.dumbkbd before.
Now, I just did a fresh install of Ubuntu 16.04. I forgot to enter
i8042.dumbkbd in my grub entry but the keyboard works fine.

I have the same problem in my HP notebook on Ubuntu 16.04 (64-bit) with
a replaced mini-pci Qualcomm Atheros [168c:0036] adapter.
There is an odd behaviour. When I boot the same notebook with the same
Ubuntu 16.04 (64-bit) but LiveUSB, both wifi and bluetooth properly
works.

I tried to file a bug report and it won't let me. I can't boot into the
4.4.0 kernel, so I can't file a bug report from that version and it

I can't test this with the mainline kernel without a matching linux-
cloud-tools build. It does however reproduce with 4.4.0-57-generic. I
forgot to mention in the description that this is when there are
multiple NICs with static IPv4 addresses.

All the new 4.8.0 kernels eventually go berzerk with kswapd0, just today
the newest 4.8.0-32-generic. Normal usage, just a couple of terminals,
