Is it possible to boot Linux off another HDD (secondary master/slave) via
NTLDR on the primary disk? What would the entry in the boot.ini look like?

I need very urgent help regarding gcc, g++ compiler.
When I used $gcc a.c or $g++ a.cpp (both file exists with simplest program of hello word) I got message:
Gcc: installation problem, cannot exec cpp0: No such file or directory (same with g++).

I don't think that there is any need to fear in this situation it simple you just
reinstall the gcc by uninstalling it first or just upgrade the gcc with the newer one
if you had some older version.
