Putting it very politely, RTFM.
Procmail is an autonomous mail processor, it can be used to use filters on
your incoming mails.
'man procmail' should help u.
Read manual of
procmail
procmailrc
procmailex.
It'll help.

how do we play vcd's or mpg,mpeg,dat file format ..
althought theyre pre fed- in..but theres no player to play such
files..?

i am a new user trying to figure out linux.pls help solving this
problem :
My modem has started dialing to the isp but after tht wierd string
of sound ,everything stops,only the lights on the modem blink a
few times,the network connection dialog box hangs and i have

imagine the following :
1.U r in Windows 9x etc and have created a dialup connection(thts
very easy).now when u click connect it start to dial and a wierd
string of noises starts coming and them silence for some time
while it is verifying the username and password etcan
Have you ever wondered why in gnome applications. In the file selector
dialogs there is no save to desktop kind of a thing. It would be nice if
you could use abiword and save file directly to the desktop.
