Have you ever wondered why in gnome applications. In the file selector
dialogs there is no save to desktop kind of a thing. It would be nice if
you could use abiword and save file directly to the desktop.

it is a modified file selector. a patch that goes to gtk. Some stuff i
need to look deeper. but the file selector really looks nice. check it out.
