ACCEPT will absolutely clean up the relfiles. I do not recall if there is an SMPE configuration option to override this. If DB2 V12 is installed in the same SMPE environment as DB2 V11, I expect problems. The SMPE MCS for DB2V12 FMIDs most likely contains ++DELETE statements for DB2V11 FMIDS.
