There is an old usermod that stored the date time somewhere in the F1 DSCB. Check the CBTTAPE.

Maybe it was a last-opened date or similar. And it might have been a product that did a bit of what HSM does, prior to HSM becoming popular. Just trying to jog my lost memories from the early 1980's.
