Yes. I have done this. The biggest obstacle I found was the naming conventions and HCD definition.
BTW. The 4 chpids are shared across all LPARs at the IODF level Only 2 physical paths are needed. Each physical path is bi-directional. i.e. the input from LPARB to LPARA is the output from LPARA to LPARB.
