Viktor,
In order to build Harbour with MSVC64 it is required to link
bufferoverflowu.lib. Actually it is missing so there is no way to
build any EXE from the makefile.
In fact, it was already added in Harbour, but removed later on:

SDDPG causes GPF on application quit in MTVM mode.
Self-contained sample attached.
Tested on Windows/MSVC7.1, libpq.dll (8.3.10) is compiled with
--enable-thread-safety switch.

IMHO for average Harbour users more official releases would be important.
For sure most users here build Harbour from SVN but the majority
