Howdy all,
Just got the latest CVS guppi to build and it is starting to look sweet.
They have basic pie and bar charts working; you can even rotate the pie
and drag the slices around !
So what I'm wondering is: are there plans for integrating something more

g-wrap 0.9.4 contains some changes to the way pointers are passed
between guile and C. Gnucash has not been updated to cope with this
yet.
You can fix it temporarily by adding the following line to
src/scm/bootstrap.scm.in (not bootstrap.scm, which is a generated
file) before you compile (thanks

Either build gnucash yourself, or try Stephan Kahnt's RPM's. Either
gnucash.org or my personal web page will be hosting them as soon as
Stephan sends them.
I'll give a URL as soon as I have the files.

Thanks to you both for your very prompt replies. Using 1.2.5 was a
mistake. I certainly had meant to use the most recent version so I
appreciate your pointing it out to me. So, I tried 1.4 but I can't get
it to compile, even after upgrading guile to 1.4, which required
upgrading glib to 1.2.8,

I'm trying to set up the preferences dialog for auto decimal point so that

Folks,
I am running with SuSE 6.3. I get the following error:
./gnucash: error in loading shared libraries: /usr/lib/libguile.so.4:

I have no native libguile.so.4.
However, I did

The sticky thing here has to do with the generation of reports that
cross accounting periods. W

So, if I want to use the latest and greatest gnucash updated to now with
CVS, I should just use gnucash rather than gnucash-1-4-branch, right?
The reason that I ask is that VERSION is set to 1.3.100 on gnucash but
set to 1.4.1 on gnucash-1-4-branch.

After wading through the interface (does anyone know how to turn all
