Please don't paste 8bit translation texts in message body. Attach them. If
you paste text inline, only your mailer and your deity knows what is in

Why do you need a new module? You can do these translations in gtk+,
where the dialog is defined.
It would be nice, if gtk would have predefined licenses available for
