it permit to have a collaborative translation.
Your file can not be included in the tootl because lots of translations
are already done for russian.
Do you want an account to the online tool to be able to integrate your
changes.

if "lots of translations are already done for russian", why we have so
many untranslated strings in ru_RU.php ?

With "foolowups" i got headashe
previous translation for Ticket Tab "Followups" - "Решение" does not
quite match the term "followups"
