Hello Denis! i agree with ALL your correction!! (варианты "Выполнено" у меня были, почему то решил сменить) With "foolowups" i got headashe.... previous translation for Ticket Tab "Followups" - "Решение" does not quite match the term "followups" and difficult to understand purpose of Tab....
