Sure. And I really appreciate you helping them with that struggle.

Well, I assumed we also have a svn repo as well as we do svnpubsub for the site
(although in batchee we use the maven-svn-publish plugin).
Also where should we commit our release source tar.gz files to?
Sounds to me like there is a hole in the process...

Yes, other podlings like storm and devicemap for example do have
entries at http://people.apache.org/commit
Hi!
Yea, I know how to use our CMS, but was not sure whether the xml is generated
or manually maintained.
What about my 2nd question? Why don't BatchEE and Fleece not show up on our
apache project/committer index? Used to be the case if I remember correctly.

Hi again.
One good thing seldom comes alone (danish expression, made by a hopeless
optimist).
I have been helping a project to change from a closed source project to an
opensource project, and of course in due time join ASF.

One of the issues raised by droids was their name search. I volunteered on
their list to help them with the name search.

Roman,
Personally, from reading through Kalumet's status and looking at their
mailing lists, no I don't think they're quite ready to graduate.
- Long time since last release.
- Currently had many issues with packaging files in next release.
- It looks like it's mostly a 1-2 man show.

Mark,
I think the file you're looking for related to BatchEE is found at [1].
How to administer it is at [2]. I recall repeated attempts to get someone
to update the BatchEE file for a while after it started incubation, must
have given up.

Hi!
Maybe I've overlooked some changes, but I didn't find any answers in my mailbox.
Q1: How are the podling status pages handled these days?
In the 'old' days I had to maintain some XML in SVN site-author for my project
which contains the data for http://incubator.apache.org/projects/batchee.h
Hi!
reading this months report on Kalumet
felt like the project may be close to
graduation.
What can we do to help push it over the
finish line?
Thanks,

Hi!
I was wondering whether the mentor community
for the Droids projects can help shed some light
on the lack of releases in the project. The last
release was done close to two years ago.
Also, given that the project has been incubating
for close to four years it would be very useful
to know what
