Hi!

Yea, I know how to use our CMS, but was not sure whether the xml is generated
or manually maintained.

What about my 2nd question? Why don't BatchEE and Fleece not show up on our
apache project/committer index? Used to be the case if I remember correctly.

As John says, those files are
now managed as part of the Apache CMS
 build
 of http://incubator.apache.org

 After editing and
 committing

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/content/projects/batchee.xml
 you can use https://cms.apache.org/incubator/ to
 view the build
 results, check that staged
 content and eventually publish the
 incubator
 website.

 All with your
 standard LDAP credentials.
