I analyzed a few subjects from my dataset using TRACULA (FreeSurfer version 8).
While examining the pathstats.overall.txt file for the left anterior
longitudinal fasciculus, I noticed an anomaly: the Len_Center value is greater
than Len_

Not sure how you setup/installed ants in your home directory, but it could be
the install permissions are wrong on antsRegistrationSyNQuick.sh. You
could try making that script executable with,
