[Freesurfer] Extreme mean values for significant clusters (using GLM)

2015-04-06 Thread Bronwyn Overs
Dear Freesurfer Mailing List, I have just run a GLM analysis using mri_glmfit with area as the measure of interest. For each of my significant contrasts, I extracted the mean area for each subjects from the corresponding cache.th13.abs.y.ocn.dat file. I then plotted these values to examine the

Dear FreeSurfers, I was correcting the topology of some subjects, and could not fix some subjects whose insula is misplaced into the temporal lobe / subcortical regions. Inspecting wm.mgz in tkmedit, it seems that there are wm voxels into the hippocampus, perhaps leading surfaces to be built th

Odd. What happens if you type: setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH /usr/local/freesurfer/lib/vtk/lib/vtk-5.6 Right before typing the 'freeview' command? Does it work then? -Zeke > On Apr 6, 2015, at 5:34 PM, Johannes Kaufhold > wrote: > > Hi Zeke, > > Yes, I'm attempting to open freeview in the same ter
