Hi! Greetings.   I have (had) Freedos 1.3 installed on one of my computers.  Dell 745, 3.4GHz Pentium D, 4G ram, 500G SSD.   I downloaded Freedos 1.4 (FD14-FullUSB) and wrote a USB stick with RUFUS 4.7.  I booted fd1.3, switched to  the D:USB drive, and ran setup.bat.    I told it to overw

Forgot mentioning, when booting FreeDOS-1.4 from USB flash media, doesn't appear for having a method for detecting when booting from between Qemu or a bare metal PC, as hardware configuration (eg. autoexec.bat) between the two hardware schemes would likely be different. Roger __
