It is available online in the Software Repository for FreeDOS 1.4. If you have network support in FreeDOS, you can run: C:\fdnpkg install dosutil It will retrieve the package and install it. If you do not have networking support, you can visit the repository using your web browser at: https://www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/repositories/1.4/pkg-html/dosutil.html <https://www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/repositories/1.4/pkg-html/dosutil.html> Download the package and copy it to your DOS machine.
