I was just going to say that. :-)

It is meant to be booted. 

If that is not an option for some reason, you can run the Floppy Edition 
installer that is included on the USB Stick.

It is located under the FDI-x86 directory. 

By default, it will install to drive C:. It is not as pretty as the standard 
installer. However, it will do some things
that the pretty installer is not capable of doing. 

The Floppy Edition only installs “Base”. But, once that is done. You can use 
FDIMPLES to upgrade, install or
replace any additional programs using the packages on the USB drive.
