dovecot doesn't copy the mails. (See my example below.)
Setting maildir_copy_with_hardlinks = no seems to fix the problem but

(Upgrade 2.1.1 -> 2.2.7 was on 2013-11-22, 2.2.10 was installed on 2014-01-20.)

experiencing a problem that serveral users have on the net, but I
haven't found any solution.
I'm trying to create nested dirs with my thunderbird 2.0.0.23 client but
without any luck :( I can create dir in the root
