orphaning python-mitogen

I just orphaned the python-mitogen package. I packaged it for my last job but I no longer use it and I'm not interested in maintaining it anymore. As best I can tell, nothing else in the distribution requires or build requires it. It's up for grabs if anyone is interested. -- Carl George _
