Update: the PR [0] to remove the grafana docker image is now merged. I
still need reviews for the PR to remove the Prometheus docker image
[1]. I will follow up with a PR to remove the DCOS example.

I've seen a lot of these errors on https://pulsar.apache.org/docs. Is that
ASF Infra? I can ping them if it's on them.
Error 503 Backend unavailable, connection timeout
It looks like a caching issue / missing redirect / httpd configuration. If you
navigate to the docs from the main page it’s good while if try to hand write a
url you and I get a 503.
Likely it should be an Infra JIRA issue.
